Trick-Or-Treating

Picture this: October 31st, 9pm, your blow mold pumpkin bucket is almost full. Your socks are soaked, it rained all day, yet the sound of rain boots on the side walks creates the most joyful orchestra; it’s Halloween! Most kids are already back home, but you are aiming for the biggest stash possible. Handful of candies, doors to doors until you reached the creepy house by the end of the street, the one that seems abandoned. As you approach it you see a faint candle flickering from the ugliest Jack-O-Lantern you’ve ever seen. You decide to walk towards it, courage you whisper under your breath. You walk up the creaking stairs and knock on the half-closed door…
